SHIPPING POLICY

We want your Marco Boni brushes to arrive quickly, safely and ready to become your new favorites. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship. 

Where We Ship 

We currently ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico, including PO Box addresses and U.S. military base locations. We are not accepting international orders at this time. 

Processing Time 

Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be considered next business day orders. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST will begin processing the following Monday. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for a $7.99 redelivery fee. Marco Boni is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout. Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Marco Boni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will provide you with all available delivery details to help with your investigation. 

Damaged or Missing Items 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged or missing, contact us at hello@marcoboniusa.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order information. We will do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Insurance 

We offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to keep your order protected. Route is automatically added to your cart and gives you instant coverage in case anything happens to your package. You can opt out at any time, but please note that by doing so, Marco Boni is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items. 

Out of Stock Items 

We do our best to keep all products available for immediate shipment. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly, ship all available items and issue store credit for anything that cannot be fulfilled right away.
