It depends on the brush! Several brushes in our collection are designed for both wet and dry use, including the Free Flex, the Animal Print Brush, the Diamond Paddle Brush and others. Each product page specifies whether the brush is wet and dry friendly, so you can always check there before using it in the shower.

We recommend removing hair from the bristles after each use to keep your brush performing at its best. For a deeper clean, use a wide tooth comb or a pencil to lift out any buildup, then gently wash the bristles with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild shampoo. Let it air dry bristle-side down and avoid soaking the handle. A clean brush is a happy brush! 🩷

With proper care, your Marco Boni brush should last a long time. We recommend checking your bristles periodically. If they start to bend, break or lose their flexibility, it is time for a fresh one. Your hair will thank you for it.

Yes, several brushes in our collection work beautifully alongside blow dryers, including the Athena, Spiral Brush, Tortoise Brush and the Essential Collection. For best results, always use a heat protectant on your hair before blow-drying and work in sections for a smooth, polished finish.

We currently ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico, including PO Box addresses and U.S. military base locations. We are not accepting international orders at this time.

Orders over $50 ship free with Standard Ground delivery. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $7.99. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days.

Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be considered next business day orders. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make edits or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping information and order details before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and they will be able to assist you with an investigation.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, reach out to us at hello@marcoboniusa.com and we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns receive store credit for the value of the returned item, minus a $5 return label fee. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase on our website.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Store credit is issued within 10 business days. If you have not received it within 15 business days, please reach out to us at hello@marcoboniusa.com and we will look into it right away.

Absolutely! To get your new brush as quickly as possible, simply return the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This way you will not have to wait for the exchange process and your new brush will be on its way sooner. 💛
